Aerial Network Construction
This scope includes the over-lash of existing facilities as well as new construction with all required make-ready, strand installation and cable placement. Make-ready will consist of, but not be limited to, the installation of pole line hardware, anchors, down guys, overhead guys, guard arms, cable arms, extension arms, bonds, vertical grounds, tree trimming, and the raising & lowering of existing communications’ strands & cables in adherence to pole engineering. Cable placement will include installing required storage loops and providing appropriate cable slack at all splice locations.
Lease Structure Investigation & Construction
This scope consists of verifying the existing underground facilities to determine the availability of the structure for installing new Inner-duct & cable. Work to be performed includes manhole diagrams with photos to substantiate the condition/availability of the structure, placement of new inner duct (when necessary), and placement of new cable.
Maintenance & Emergency Repair
This scope consists of regularly scheduled maintenance work on the existing network as well as “24/7” on-call emergency response for repair/outages. The requisite resources will be made available to respond to any type of scope of work (i.e., aerial, lease structure investigation)
